Agent Selection and Performance Measurement
Although there are thousands of household goods agents, both domestic and international, from which we may choose, only a few would qualify for performing work for Morgan International. When choosing an agent to perform origin or destination services, Morgan International first focuses on the agents' quality of workmanship. In the UniGroup Worldwide network, chosen partners have gone

through rigorous financial and operating scrutiny in qualifying to become a Partner in UniGroup Worldwide.

In most cases, Morgan would look to these quality companies that are partners. However, it is not automatic nor is the relationship exclusive. We will match the company preferences, transferee preferences, and Morgan International's preference with the transferee's move criteria. The most qualified company will get the work.

In addition to the United system of agents, Morgan International can select other qualified agents to represent them in performing origin or destination services as well. The primary selection criterion is always quality of workmanship. Many times, the agent of choice is also a fellow member of the exclusive, discriminating FIDI organization – a network of agents who have passed the same rigorous, professionally-audited certification process, known as FAIM.
