as proper storing conditions are, being able to find the wine when
it's called for is just as important. Morgan Manhattan has a custom-built
software system that tracks every item in the warehouse down to individual
bottles of wine within a case. (A picture of a barcode generated by
the system is shown above). In addition to location, case-specific
information such as vintage, producer, arrival date, access information,
and more is automatically tracked by our system. Secure, password
protected online access
is available to wine storage customers regarding their accounts. If

Morgan
Manhattan has carefully constructed our facilities to make the
aging process as predictable as the caves of France. Modern
system monitors hold the temperature of our vaults at 55 degrees,
all the time! An increase of only a few degrees in ambient temperature
can speed the aging process from 2 to 8 times, making optimum
drinking times unpredictable. If the temperature is too low,

are also humidity controlled, and all bottles are placed, undisturbed,
on their sides. |
